Overview of Sidus Link Pro 22 Update

The newest release of Sidus Link Pro brings a fresh Layout View that re‑imagines how lighting rigs are organized on an iPad. By mapping fixtures onto a spatial grid, users receive immediate real‑time visual feedback that mirrors the physical set, reducing the need to scroll through long lists.

Visual Spatial Interface

With the visual interface, each fixture placement is displayed directly on the grid, allowing operators to spot and adjust lights without hunting for names. The approach cuts down on selection errors and speeds up on‑set adjustments.

Grid Configuration and Real‑time Feedback

The system supports a configurable 100 × 100 grid, giving ample space for large productions. It also integrates standard DMX and CRMX protocols, so traditional fixtures can be dragged into the visual layout and instantly show their output levels.

Plan Tier Capabilities

All users on the Free plan can access the basic grid to arrange Bluetooth‑enabled lights and see live output. Subscribers in the Pro tier unlock full DMX and CRMX support, while the MAX subscription adds advanced cue playback and pixel‑level manipulation for compatible units.

Integration with Existing Fixtures

Sidus Link Pro 22 works seamlessly with Aputures Bluetooth‑enabled fixtures and the broader Amaran series. For units that support fine‑grained control, the app offers pixel‑level control, enabling precise color and intensity shifts during a cue.
